"Carrie’s Chicken"

This is one of our favorite meals. After Keaton was born, Carrie Pendergrass blessed us with this meal and I immediately asked for the recipe. We have it all too often!
1 pkg. Rotini noodles
Chicken tenders (7-8)
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Seasoning
Butter
Spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella cheese
-
Cook rotini noodles.
-
Cook chicken in butter (in skillet on the stove) & season generously with Italian & Garlic Seasonings
-
Cube chicken
-
Mix pasta, spaghetti sauce and chicken in large dish

Top with mozzarella cheese
-
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes (until cheese is melted and slightly browning)

yeh, I like this one a lot – and the leftovers warm up great in the microwave!!!
